If you are still in college, then consider applying to the theatrical school or division of your college. Many large Universities host an entirely separate school devoted to the study of performing arts. While you may feel this type of education is a risky investment, in the end it pays to follow your heart. Pursue studies in a field that you will be passionate about in 5, 10, or even 20 years from your collegiate career. In addition, there are many opportunities open to undergraduates in a theatre program that are not open to people trying to make it in the real world.
